She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Smith and Virginia Smith; her husband George Hurst; and her children, Eric Hurst and Pamela Simon.
She is survived by: her son John Hurst; and her sister Charlene Hoshaw. She is also survived by 6 loving grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
