She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack P. Fulmore and Lesly Fulmore; her husbands, Claudie Fulton and Vernon Williams; and her siblings, Lloyd, Quency Fulmore, Eva Fulmore and Flora Hollmon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya LaGreta (William Jr.) and Cynthia Dawkins; her stepdaughters, Dr. Veronica Williams and Carolyn Braxton (Kevin); her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Dawkins, Jesse Dawkins Jr., Dr. Deanna Sinex (Phillip) and Dr. William Easley III; her stepgranddaughter Maya Braxton (Eric Soltowski); her great grandchild Breanna Sinex; and her siblings, Florence, Louisa Fulmore of Lake City, SC, Margaret Scruggs (John) of Fredericksburg, VA, Sadie R. Cobbs (Samuel) of Hampton, VA and Jack D. Fulmore (Retha) of Fredericksburg, VA. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
