He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ewing Riley and Julia Dorsey Riley; and his brothers, Arthur, Sean and Liam.
He is survived by: his wife Pauletta; his children, Brendan (Cindy) and Emily (Frank); his grandchildren, Kaydyn and Kael; and his siblings, Christopher and Mary Rafferty. He is also survived by sister-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Little Chapel at Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722).
