He is survived by : his wife Carrie Barksdale Allen; his children, Nicole Allen Ray, Debra Allen and Kevin Allen (SherVerne); his grandchildren, Chasity R. Seabrooks, Marchelle C. Seabrooks, Stephon D. Ray II, Carrington N. Ray, Sydney Allen and Kevin Allen Jr.; his great grandchild Mar'Quez L. Seabrooks; and his sister Ora "Candy" Patterson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
