She was predeceased by: her parents, John V Bergen and Annie L Bergen; her husband John P Collins III; her sons, Stephen Collins and Brian Collins; her grandchildren, Daniel Weatherington, Crystal Davis and Cecilia Collins; and her brother Johnny Bergen.
She is survived by: her children, John Collins (Jack), Jim Collins (Barbara), Joe Collins (Colleen), Maria Soderberg (Ray), Paul Collins and Elizabeth Wynkoop (Jeff). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
