He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hanlon and Joseph Hanlon; his former wife Virginia Louise Hanlon; his son Michael Joseph Hanlon; and his siblings, Larry Hanlon and Margaret Hanlon.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Pirrung; his children, Kathy Zonghetti (Bill), Jake Hanlon, Ginny Hanlon, Beth Hanlon and Annie Lacey (Brad); his grandchildren, Zachary (Allison), Luke, Bernice, Jacob and Jack Hanlon; his children, Cole Miles, Kelly Larsen (Blake), Kyle, Ashley Zonghetti, Hana Armour (Pat), Danielle Russell (Kevin), Tyler and Jenna Lacey; his great grandchildren, Jameson Hanlon and Sophia Russell; and his sisters, Judy Cleaver and Moira Little.
