He is survived by: his siblings, John Collins (Jack), Jim Collins (Barbara), Joe Collins (Colleen), Maria Soderberg (Ray) and Elizabeth Wynkoop (Jeff). He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews and 29 great nieces and great-nephews.
