She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John J. McHale Sr.; her children, Dolly Seward (Daniel), John McHale Jr., Rosemarie Schulze (Rick), Stephen McHale (Lisa) and Kathleen McHale; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Elizabeth, Vanessa, Katie, Joshua, Shane, Jeffrey and Emily.
When the churches asked for Coats for needy children, she would visit all the thrift stores, flea markets and yard sales buying coats in reasonable shape, washing and mending them to donate.
