He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Kemp (Leeper); his parents, Bernice Leeper (Loughry) and George Kemp Sr.; his stepfather Bob Leeper; and his brother Ronnie Kemp.
He is survived by: his wife Connie (Moulthrop); his children, Colleen Baltimore, Charlene Crum, Patty Layton, Bobbie Honaker and George "Charlie" Kemp 3rd; and his sister Bonnie Lou March. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
