He is survived by: his wife Bambi Gayl Krall Smelser; his children, Adam David Smelser (Dyan) of Belair and Tina Marie Smelser of Gettysburg, PA; his siblings, Roy, Willie L. Smelser, Jr. and Joyce Ann Dennis of Glen Burnie; and his grandchildren, Brianna and Christian Smelser.
