He was predeceased by: his stepchildren, John West, Billy West and Chasity West. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Faber; his children, Bonnie Campbell (Eric), Debra Brady (Michael) and Shannon Canter; his grandchildren, Michael, Jalyn, Jill and Mason; and his siblings, Robert Faber and Stephanie Tice.
