She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Balch; her son Larry Balch; and her granddaughter April. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Clark (Dave), Debbie Mildner (Tom), Charles Balch (late Cindy) and John Balch; her grandchildren, Shirley, Christopher L. (Jessica), Christopher C., Casey (Josh), Ellen, Becky (Brandon), Thomas, Patricia, Matthew and James; and her siblings, Charles Decker (Delores), Dorothy Schmidt (late Louis) and Clement (Faye). She is also survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
