As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois and William; and his sisters, Barbara Parsley and Brenda Cobb. He is survived by: his brother Roger (Patsy Parsley); and his daughters, Nicole and Chelsea.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the American Legion (5526 Belle Grove Rd, Brooklyn, MD 21225).
