Michael touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Leon Ryno Yourtee Jr. and Claudia Rose Yourtee (Bragin). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Willow Griffin-Yourtee, Phoenix Yourtee and Lily Yourtee; and his sister Ann Selnick.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home (7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Lukes Episcopal Church (2150 Boteler Rd, Knoxville, MD 21758).
