He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll R. Haugh Sr. and Helen Campbell Haugh; and his brother William J. Haugh. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Cary Haugh, Rebecca Whitmore (Jerry), Jessi Webb (Jimmy), Jessica Higgins (Chuck) and Ashley Shriver (Ricky); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Skyler, Hannah, Cody, Jeorjia, Ava, Emma, Will, Kayden and Dallas; his great grandchildren, Lily, Miles, Kynlee, Laina, Abby, Callie and Jayce; his aunts, Mary Comer (Leray) of Shenandoah, VA and Brenda Hilliard (JC) of Stanley, VA; and his uncle Frankie Campbell (Shirley) of Elkton, VA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
