He is survived by: his wife Sheila Webber (Huffer); his daughters, Valerie Roosa (Keith) of Sparta, Wisconsin, Vickie Green (Bryan) of Williamsport, Maryland and Veronica Smith (Riku) of Hagerstown, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Roger, Victoria (Robert), Vanessa, Jessica (Footney), Jenna (Dave), Levi (Bethany), Harry and Harold; his great grandchildren, Austin, Ryleigh, Koralynn, Wyatt, Keegan and Bryce; and his sister Gloria Jean Rohrer (Webber) of Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
