She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Phillips and Rita Virginia Weber (Gaither); and her daughter Jennifer Odam. She is survived by: her husband John Shafer; her son Millard Wesley Shafer (Coleen); her granddaughters, Solana, Jennifer and Frances; and her nephew Erik Good (Chrissy).
