He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Micheal (Betty) of Mt. Airy, Clifton of Brunswick and Matthew (Farrah) of Kearnysville, WV.; his brother Randy Vann of Virgini, His; his siblings-in-law, Debbie of Smithsburg and Clinton of Smithsburg; and his son Joshua R. Vann. He is also survived by his family, especially his many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jl Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
