He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Hoffman Jackson; his stepfather William E Jackson; his brother Dale Hoffman; and his stepsiblings, William Jackson, Paul Jackson and Dorothy Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty DeHaven Hoffman; his children, Christopher Hoffman (Lynne Hartman) of Fairless Hills, PA, Kimberly Pessognelli (Kenneth) of York, PA and Pamela O'Connor (Richard) of Brunswick, MD.; his grandchildren, Corey Gaffney, Michael Hoffman, Kate Becket, Sarah McCall, Heather Hanley, Angela Thomas and Benjamin Pessognelli; and his sister Sharon Wysong (Jack) of Charles Town, WV. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins; and friends.
