He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Mayberry (Ted) and James Baker (Betty Jo); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jamie and Bobbie Jo; his brother-in-law Jay Kenneth Althouse; his caregivers, Uche Alika and Promise Khawula; and his friends, Sandra Queensberry, Tracey Phelps, George and Maureen Diaz. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
