He is survived by: his mother Ann Hall Quade; his wife Lisa Lynn Quade; his children, Heather Quade, Chris Quade (Casey) and Billy Quade; his grandchildren, Jason Bean, Myles Quade, Kylee Quade, Jaiden Quade and Tyler Quade; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Duke (John Kane), Caitlin Listorti (Anthony), Matthew Quade III, Lindsay Quade (Jordan) and Sean Quade (Rachel); and his brothers, Matt Quade, Greg Quade and Andy Quade.
