He is survived by: his wife Jennifer O'Connor; his children, Benjamin (Jane Morril), Daniel (Emily Meredith) and Meredith Case (Aaron Nathan); his stepsons, Ian and Dylan Meyer-O'Connor; his grandchildren, Ella, Lucas, Aaron, Ronan, Cleo, Archie and Elena; his sisters, Katie Kirkpatrick and Suzanne Edison; and his pet Kona.
