She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Wyckoff and Marge; her husband Brooks Jackson of California, MD; her sister Debra Corban of California, MD; her children, Dr. Courtney Jackson Blair and Mark Jackson; and her grandchildren, Chloe Blair, Duncan Blair, Vera Jackson, Celeste Jackson and Lucien Jackson.

For a time, she headed public affairs for the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
