With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Charlene Fenhagen of California, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Eileen Caddie Block; and her husband JP Fenhagen. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Biscoe (Daniel) of Millersville, Pearl (Daniel Dorsey) of Warfordsburg and Laura (Rodie Langley) of Spring City; and her grandsons, DJ, Matthew, Evan, Rodie and Gilligan.
