He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Sue Bray and David Tye. He is survived by: his husband Jason Butler Tye; his stepmother Donna Tye; and his sister Kim Tye. He is also survived by aunts, and a multitude of cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Cancer Society, reflecting David's love for his dear mother.
