He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Pickard and Forest C. Wose; and his siblings, Cindy Romero and Roger Wose. He is survived by: his children, Forest D. Wose of Dunnellon, FL, Richard A. Wose (Patricia) of Lusby, MD and Belinda D. Wilson (Matthew) of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Virginia Seagens of Syracuse, NY and Ronald Wose; and his spouse Shirley Mae. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
