We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2024, at the age of 89, Shirley B Hart of California, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley B Hart to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Brown and Edna Brown; and her brother Robert Brown. She is survived by : her husband Jim Hart; her stepson Ken Hart; her siblings, Marie Alther, Gladys Truslow, Charles Brown and Ruth Ginter; her children, Victor Bailey (Terri Newman) and Tracey White (Jim); and her stepdaughters, Janet McKeever (Jim) and Patricia Hatfield (Dennis). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 12:45 PM.

Who would have ever believed that the little girl who grew up walking barefoot on Yellow Bottom Road would travel the world and experience and see what I have."In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church Building Fund, 12700 Hall Shop Road, Highland, MD 20777.
