She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Waters and Martha E. Waters; her husband Albert F. Clements; her brother Billy Wayne Waters; and her granddaughter Kimberly Sariego.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sariego, Stephen Clements (Karen), Susan Nice (Dan), Christine Reaves (Joe), Christopher Clements (Brandy), Ellen Silvati (Steve) and William Clements (Faith). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Bible Church (26325 Three Notch Rd, Mechanicsville, MD 20659).
