He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lerch and Joan Lerch. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his sons, Jason, Justin and Jon; his brother Tom; and his grandchildren, Arianna and Mark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
