He is survived by: his wife Denise Johnson of Church Hill, Maryland.; his children, Donté Johnson (Niki) of Chestertown, Shawana Johnson of Chestertown and Arnold Johnson, Jr. of Hagerstown, Maryland; his stepdaughters, Kashira Brooks of Church Hill, Maryland. and Miriah Gray of Church Hill, Maryland.; his grandchildren, DeQuan, Gabriel, Eden Johnson, Ryan Thompson III, Olivia Thompson, Adrian and Knowledge Johnson; his siblings, Ronald Johnson (Debbie) of Chester, Pennsylvania, Frankie Brown (Anna) of Smyrna, William Johnson, Jr. of Wilmington, Delaware, Alberta Johnson (William) of Worton and Janet Johnson of Chestertown, Maryland.; his siblings-in-law, Sonya Jeff (Lawrence) of Chestertown, Sherrilyn Jones (Pastor Guy) of Worton, Maryland, Donna Somerville of Worton, Maryland, Harold Somerville (Beverly) of Chestertown and Aaron Somerville (Jerri) of Elkton, Maryland.; his godson Dwan Harris, Jr.; his niece Angela Blake; and his close friend Angela Norfleet. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Chestertown Baptist Church.
