She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Ratcliffe and Hilda Phillips Ratcliffe; and her siblings, Richard Ratcliffe, Jr., Anthony "Tony" Ratcliffe, Donald Ratcliffe and Joyce Merritt.

She is survived by : her husband Calvert Stewart; her daughters, Barbara Cheesman (Ken) and Brenda Meritt (Stephen Lewis); her grandchildren, Arcadia Lopez-Sullivan, Jessica Cheesman, John Moody, Jr., Herbie Calahan III and Sarah Morse; her great grandchildren, Chloe Morse, Everly Morse, Dylan Moody, Herbie Calahan IV, Damien Jester, Holden Moody, Kayden Calahan and Kara Calahan; and her sister Marie Vogel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
