She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Hopkins Thomas and Laura Wilson Thomas; her husband Irving "Buss" M. Parks, Jr.; her brothers, Carlton Thomas and George Thomas; her sister-in-law Frances Parks Brooks; and her parents-in-law, Irving Parks, Sr. and Elizabeth Parks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betsy Parks of Cambridge and Carol Ann Parks of Cambridge; her siblings, Patricia Fortson of Florida, Gretchen Seymour of Trappe and Richard Thomas of Baltimore; and her pet Joey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
