She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Alvin Insley and Lavinia Elzey Insley. She is survived by: her husband W. Arthur Todd of Cambridge; her son Howard W. Todd (Allie); her grandchildren, Maysie Elizabeth Todd, William James Todd and Henry Edward Todd; her brothers, Robert Insley (Linda) of Golden Hill and Jim Insley (Sharon) of Cambridge; her sister-in-law Phyllis (Henry Cook); and her cousin Carol Ann Brohawn (Gary). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 205 Maryland Avenue, Cambridge, MD 21613.
