He was predeceased by: his parents, William Retallack and Katie Marshall Retallack. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Retallack; his sons, David Retallack, Jr. and William Allan Retallack, Sr.; and his sisters, Elizabeth Gay, Shirley Blades and Phyllis Gannon. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
