She is survived by : her son Reginald E. Thomas III (Patricia) of Cambridge; her siblings, William Buddy Insley (Donna) of Mardela Springs, Dickie Insley (Joan) of Elliott, Eddie Phillips of Cambridge, W. Russell Insley, Jr. (Tracy) of Cambridge, Naomi Robinson of Cambridge, Mollie Anderson of Cambridge and Elsie Insley of Cambridge; and her close friend Elaine Wroten. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Dorchester Memorial Park (5391 Aireys Rd, Cambridge, MD 21613).
