He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Watkins Sr. and Emily Watkins (Raber) of Millsboro, DE.; and his grandson Robert Watkins. He is survived by: his son Glenn Watkins Jr.; his former wife Sandra Breidegam; his grandson Kyle Watkins of Royersford, PA; his great grandchild Lily F. Watkins; his stepdaughter Marci Oberst (Ted Oberst) of Olney, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Peyton and Rylee; and his sister Debra Becker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
