It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gothlee Harrington Johnson Jr. of Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gothlee Johnson, Sr. and Mabel Keene Johnson; and his siblings, Mary Keene Cornish, Handy Keene, John "Sonny" Keene, James Johnson, Henry, Ronald, Douglas and Bobby.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Johnson; his daughters, Janell Johnson, Gothea Perry (Cambridge, MD) and Sheryl Harris (Cambridge, MD); his stepsons, Larry Cornish and Mark Bosley; his siblings, Medford Johnson, Melvin Johnson (Rosemary) and Patricia Johnson Sharp; his in-laws, Sandra Travers and Lois Bosley; and his aunt Serena Gregg of Cambridge. He is also survived by five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
