Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janice Nickerson Pritchett of Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 80, on July 1, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Nickerson and Lois Hurley Nickerson; her husband C. Ray Pritchett, Jr.; her sister-in-law Connie Nickerson; and her niece Dolores Robbins.
She is survived by: her children, George Richard Doty (Marty) of Trappe, Amy Ellis (Robin) of Florida, Jana Wroten (Ricky) of Cambridge, Eric Doty of Cambridge and Jason Doty (Penny) of Cambridge; her brother Donald L. Nickerson of Cambridge; her niece Anna Willey (Dutch Swann) of Cambridge; her cousin Robyn Clem; and the father of her children George Doty. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the East New Market Cemetery (MD-16, East New Market, MD).
