He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis D. Mills (Jack) and Frances Mills Thomas. He is survived by: his brothers, James Francis Mills (Maya) of Atlanta and Larry L. Mills (Diane) of Cambridge; his son Jason Mills; his grandsons, Joshua Scott Housekecht of Tallahassee and Ethan Mills; his nephew Shane D. Mills (Robyn); and his nieces, Dr. Meghan L. Mills and Kelsey M. Brooks (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
