She is survived by: her mother Christine Smith of Dover, DE.; her pets, Bella, Sophie and Chesapeake Bay; her husband Charles "Chuck" Kelly of Cambridge; her son Robert "Drew" Miller of Milford, DE; her stepson Jonathan Kelly of Cambridge; her daughters, Amber Miller of Milford, DE, Shelby Miller (Josh) and Meagan Miller of Milford, DE; her stepdaughter Abigail Kelly of Cambridge; her siblings, Steven Smith (Debby) of Dover, DE, Kelvin Smith of Camden, DE, Cheryl Omans of Dover, DE and Kristie Parker (John); and her grandchildren, Nathan Miller, Paisley Miller, Peyton Collins, Carter Fitzgerald, Mason Miller and Kaylee Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
