He was predeceased by: his brother Terry Elzey. He is survived by: his wife Kathy R. Elzey of St. Cloud, FL; his sons, Bryan T. Hall (Jessica) of Easton, MD and Brandon M. Hall of Sanford, FL.; his grandsons, Dominic Guy-Hall of Kissimmee, FL, Alec Guy-Hall of Kissimmee, FL, Evan Hall of Easton, MD and Lucas Hall of Easton, MD; his brother Steve Todd; his cousins, Carol Rawlings and Elaine Tyler; and his pets, Trooper, Rose Petal, River and Oakley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Osceola Memory Gardens (2000 13th St, St Cloud, FL 34769). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
