He was predeceased by: his grandmother Louise Elvey; and his brother Daniel Burk. He is survived by: his parent Joyce Stayer Hillard; his wife Jennifer Glass; his daughters, Jade of Daddy's Girl and Montana (Cody) of Schellsburg, PA; his grandson Mason; his brothers, Russell "Rusty" Burk and Travis Hillard (Dawn); his siblings-in-law, Wayne Glass (Traci) and Gina Burk; his siblings' children, Austin, Jason, Dana, Paige, Justin, Sierra, Brenna and Garrett; his uncle Richard "Dick" Stayer (Dottie); his cousins, Pam and Shelby; and his parents-in-law, Betty Murray (Ray) and Arthur Glass (Pam).
