She is survived by: her daughter Ursula "Pepper" Hughes of Hurlock, MD; her granddaughters, Dabrianna "Bri" Green of Hurlock, MD, Jayda Cooper and Hurlock, MD; her siblings, Raymond Chase of Towson, MD and Joann Chase; and her stepfather Joseph Martin of Lansing. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, devoted relatives, and friends.
