He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Perry, Sr. and Blanche Horner Perry; his wife Constance M. Phillips; his brothers, William H. Perry, Jr. and Douglas W. "Pete" Perry; his sister-in-law Evelyn Jean Davidson; and his pet Toby.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald J. Perry, Jr. (Jolynn) of Bloxom, VA, Laurie Thomas (Timmy) of Tangier Island and Mary Kate Bradford (Steven) of Tasley, VA; his grandchildren, Austin Perry-Pruitt (Melissa), Reyanna Wade, Jaxson Thomas, Aspen Perry, Caleb Perry and Grayson Bradford; his siblings, Sonja Kozak of Cambridge, George Wayne Perry of Felton, DE and Bobby Perry (Evelyn) of Cambridge; his nieces, Kim James (Eddie) and Tammy Burns; his pets, Tugger and BooBoo; and his brother-in-law Jackie Phillips (Linda) of Church Creek. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
