Phillips, Jr.; his grandchildren, Derek, Nikki, Cody, Olivia, Zachary and Grace; his sister Kay Ruark (Donnie); Valerie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home (308 High St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Dorchester Memorial Park (5391 Aireys Rd, Cambridge, MD 21613).
