She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Rache and Lillian Woodward Messick; her husband William Crawford Abbott; her siblings, Gladys, Clara Mae, Donald, Norris, Paul, Bobby, Kenny, Ann (James Slacum) and Nancy; and her son-in-law Ernest Eskridge.
She is survived by: her great grandchild August; her pets, Maisey and Paisley; her sister Janet Messick; her daughters, Sharon Cropper (Mark), Karla Eskridge and Karen Abbott; her granddaughters, Chelsea Seabrease (Brian), Emily Tomecko (Spencer) and Addie Bowie (Adam); her great grandchildren, Preston, Quinn Seabrease and Amelia Bowie; her niece Amy Rigney; and her sisters, Robyn Edmondson, Aggie Rossini and Tammy Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
