He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Shelly and Isabelle Jarrett Shelly; and his brother Ray Shelly. He is survived by: his wife Bambi Willey Shelly; his children, Crystal McNamara (Jake) of Boise, Sarah Kennedy (Kelly) of Trappe and Adam Corkran (Alison) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Julia McNamara, Connor McNamara, Lane Kennedy, Hunter Kennedy, Emery Kennedy, Garrett Kennedy, Ryleigh Corkran, Luke Cherry and Beau Cherry; his brother Sam; his sister-in-law Susan Shelly; his niece Lisa Shelly Parks; his nephew Adam Shelly; his brothers-in-law, Guy Willey, Jr., Robbie Willey of Cambridge and Ian Hogg of Riyadh; his uncle Jay Jarrett of Poteau, Oklahoma.; and also Tracy Willey Hill.
