He is survived by: his niece Lawanda Polk; his wife Wanda; his son Thelbert, Jr. (April); his grandchildren, Keshowjn, DayBron, DayShowjn Pinkett, Kanaya, Kaliyah and Kaori; his siblings, Muhammad (Charlotte), Tonya, Joyce, Marlow (Paula), Teresa (Craig), Lorrianne (Stevie) and Blanche; and his brothers-in-law, Wilbur, Jimmy (Sandra), Anthony (Sherry) and Nate. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greater Refuge Temple Church of God (800 Robbins St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
