She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Pfaff; her parents, James Hart and Anna Hart; her siblings, James Hart Jr. (Marceline), Dorothy Hart and Mildred Tharp (Arvel); and her children, Janet Kay and Gerald Pfaff.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Pfaff (Kippy), Bruce Pfaff (Sherri) and Terry Hosan (Dave); and her daughter-in-law Susan Pfaff. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
