She was predeceased by: her spouse Wilmore L. Jacks. She is survived by: her son Leonard W. Jacks (Brenda); her grandson Leonard W. Jacks, Jr. (Tammy); her great grandchildren, Brianna and Kiya; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Cole, Francis Cole, Velma Cole and Agnes Thomas. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.
